Shamania 2006

Just back from Shamania 2006 in Lancashire and what a fantastic weekend I had.

The site was very nice, the weather sweltering and the people lovely. I did my talk to around 20 people on saturday afternoon and it seemd to go down fairly well.

There was lots of fantastic music, my favourites being Tetchi live, Si Splatt’s chill out music and Martin ‘Man With No Name’ Freeland’s set on saturday night. Martin used to be big in London ten years ago, and it was really nice to hear him play again, this time up north.

Here’s looking forward to next year!

Hi Marion
yes where is he? He must be busy with work and/or life in general. Did you go to Shamania then? How was it? and how was the talk? I have been working on the site in the last few days … getting it more perfect for you and others when it opens SOON … Rob and I think it will be on the 7th August your time.
