Apple ranked worst in environmental league

“Electronics firm Apple has come bottom of a Greenpeace poll ranking electronics manufacturers on their environmental impact.
The third Guide to Greener Electronics gave Apple a score of only 2.7 out of 10. The mark was based on how the company uses chemicals, including their management in the supply chain. It also considers how much support the company gives its customers.
Apple was criticised for not giving a timeframe for phasing out the use of PVC and not changing its policies since the launch of Greenpeace’s first report in August 2006.”
